Question 1

How can the website really be free?

Accepted Answer

We don't charge to design or build your website, up to 5 pages. We earn from three things instead: hosting your website on a monthly plan, change requests when you want updates after launch, and optional SEO packages to help you rank on Google.

Question 2

Do I have to host with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hosting with us is how the free build works. It covers fast servers, security updates, backups and your SSL certificate, so you never have to think about the technical side.

Question 3

What counts as a change request?

Accepted Answer

Any update after launch: new photos, edited text, a new offer or a design tweak. Small changes are quick and priced up front, so you always know the cost before we start.

Question 4

Do you offer SEO?

Accepted Answer

Every site launches with clean, search-friendly foundations. If you want to actively grow your Google ranking, we offer monthly SEO — keyword research, content and local listings.

Question 5

Can I add more pages later?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Extra pages are a flat price each and match your existing design. Need something bigger, like booking or a shop? We build custom websites too.

Question 6

Do I need to have a meeting?

Accepted Answer

No. You fill in our detailed online brief in your own time and we take it from there. If you'd rather talk it through, tick the optional intro call box and we'll book a 20-minute video call.

Question 7

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Most free websites go live in about two weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content and feedback.
